How to play Maze Adventure

Make Maze Adventure your next activity in the game library. Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move. Use the opening round to become familiar with the layout. Keep the game area visible while you use its controls.

Keep the aim in sight

Keep the stated aim separate from side details such as animation or appearance. Progress is measured by the game’s own completion or scoring rules. Keep the objective visible.

Your goal

Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. Read that aim before choosing your first action. Take a moment to understand the current position.

Step by step

  1. Start from the upper-left cell.
  2. Move through openings using arrow keys or direction buttons.
  3. You may also tap a neighbouring cell connected by an open passage.
  4. Reach the gold exit or generate a new maze.

Controls

Arrow keys, on-screen direction buttons, or a click/tap on an adjacent reachable cell. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. A new-round button replaces the current round.

A useful example

If a wall blocks the cell to your right, try another opening; the token cannot move through walls. Apply the same reasoning to the position in your own round. Choose a deliberate next step.

Watch out for this

Only immediately adjacent cells can be reached in one move. Compare the situation with the worked example. When a decision goes wrong, compare it with the common mistake described below. Start again only when you intend to leave the current round.
